Semuel N. Gaskins III is the CEO of National Tech Management Systems, LLC a management consulting small business. He is also the President and CEO of Semuel's Suits Inc., and Real Estate Associates, where he calls upon his experience in management and supervisory skills. As CEO of both organizations, his management of resources and the balancing of responsibilities, allows for the achievement of the organizations mission.

Mr. Gaskins has demonstrated a commitment to succeed in all of his endeavors. Through his dedication, steadfastness and belief in being of assistance to others, Semuels Suits Inc., established in 2001, is a thriving and prosperous business, with two locations, in which customers can rely on quality and attention to detail from its President in supplying custom made clothing for women and men. Real Estate Associates has been successful in purchasing and renovating properties since 2005.

Retired from law enforcement, Mr. Gaskins spent seventeen years establishing an impressive resume and skill set from his experiences, further demonstrating his interest in helping others. To include (Narcotics and Homicide Investigations, with extensive undercover experience). Mr. Gaskins began his law enforcement career in 1982 a police officer with the U. S. Postal Police. His career spanned from that of a police officer to one of counselor at both the Hudson County Division of Youth Services and New Jersey Association on Corrections, where he was a juvenile detention officer and senior juvenile counselor, respectively from 1990-1993. His duties included case management, maintaining the safety of minors, and treatment planning and crisis intervention. These duties expanded upon his previous education in sociology, psychology and law enforcement technology.

A native of Virginia, Mr. Gaskins returned to the DC-MD-VA metropolitan area where he secured a position with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) in 1993 as a police officer. He performed law enforcement functions throughout the eight jurisdictions of the WMATA system, including; performing apprehensions and/or arrests when necessary, collecting and preserving evidence, and interviewing witnesses and principles, preparing reports and/or initiating investigations. He received police certifications in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia, during this time, and became a member of the Honor guard.

In 1995, Mr. Gaskins found himself busy as the Director for security for the Prince Georges Associates group, where he performed audits, monitored the security systems, submitted weekly and monthly reports to high level employees and supplied employee background investigations. He was also responsible for performing executive escorts and supervising guard’s services at sites in which political and entertainment figure heads frequented. As a Supervisory rehab technician, Semuel found himself again in a position of helping others. He worked at the Veterans Administration Medical Center where he conducted lectures, supervised counselors in the substance abuse ward and participated in policy setting for the ward. Here he was part of a disciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and laboratory technicians.

Prior to establishing Semuels Suits Inc., Mr. Gaskins was a Project Manager for the Office of the Comptroller Currency (OCC), Administrator of National Banks from 1997-2001. He managed the day-to-day operations of a forty-two member guard force responsible for the overall protection of information, personnel, property, facilities, operations and materials from unauthorized disclosure, misuse or any other unlawful purpose for all OCC employees and their guests. His duties included developing and implementing policies and procedures; training the officers in the implementation of these policies and insuring procedures are being followed. He was also responsible for supervising and evaluating subordinates; providing analytical, research and technical support and advice to the director of security and personnel security officer.
